Hourly, Join the AAA Parking family and work as a Valet. Make extra money, meet new people, and provide exceptional service as the first and last point of contact for our guests. We seek individuals with a warm attitude, polished appearance, and a commitment to excellence to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
- Greet and welcome all guests in a proper manner.
- Explain prices and the car retrieval procedure clearly to guests.
- Open hotel doors for guests and assist with luggage.
- Offer information about the services and facilities of the hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
- Assist guests with special needs or disabilities.
- Fill out valet ticket properly and conduct vehicle damage check
- Retrieve and park vehicles for guests quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain keys in an organized and secure manner.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance at all times, adhering to AAA Parking's uniform and appearance standards.
- Ensure the valet area is clean, organized, and inviting.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the hotel staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate valet operations.
- Support team members during busy periods or special events.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the security of guests and their vehicles.
- Report any accidents, injuries, or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
- Perform routine inspections of the valet area and equipment.
- Attitude: A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Appearance:
Impeccable grooming and a professional appearance, reflecting the high standards of our clients and AAA Parking. - Assistance: A genuine desire to assist guests, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
