Do you have a passion for hospitality, an eye for detail, and a talent for leading others? Join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor and play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences every day.
In this leadership role, you'll:- Ensure our guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Support, coach, and develop housekeeping colleagues
- Assist with interviewing, training, and performance conversations
- Help resolve guest concerns and create memorable stays
- Coordinate daily operations and administrative tasks to keep the department running smoothly
- At least 1 year of hotel experience
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- A positive attitude and passion for teamwork
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
