DescriptionSummary:
Rosen Hotels & Resorts’ Hospitality Leader Internship Program is an exclusive opportunity for undergraduate students at Florida State University’s Dedman College of Hospitality. This immersive 8-week program, running from May 12th to July 16th, provides hands-on experience in hotel operations or guest contact center operations, offering a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry.
Interns will begin with a structured onboarding experience, including orientation, property tours, and professional development sessions. Over the following seven weeks, they will rotate through different departments, participate in weekly leadership development sessions, and have the chance to shadow areas of interest. Additionally, interns will engage in Human Resources-led activities to foster professional growth. The program concludes with a capstone presentation to a panel of Rosen Hotels & Resorts leaders, where interns will showcase their acquired skills and insights.
