Recruiter, Talent Manager

Nutritious Lifestyles is looking for a dynamic, motivated professional to join our team as a Recruiter!

This is a fast-paced, high-impact position, perfect for someone who thrives on challenge, enjoys connecting with people, and can think strategically. You’ll play a key role in identifying and attracting top-tier nutrition professionals, including Registered Dietitians, Diet Technicians, and Certified Dietary Managers, to support healthcare communities nationwide.

Success in this position requires strong critical thinking, a sense of urgency, and creative problem-solving. You’ll have the opportunity to design and implement innovative recruitment strategies, work closely with our leadership team, and make a meaningful impact within a growing, family-oriented company that values initiative, collaboration, and follow-through.

• Expertise with Linked In, Indeed and social media.
• Experience with University partnerships
• Use of communication systems, such as Basecamp.

• Source candidates and mine resumes with speed and precision.
• Develop and post job advertisements tailored to attract top talent.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Software efficiently.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings with a sense of urgency.
• Schedule calls and coordinate interviews in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate closely with the VP, Recruitment Manager, Recruitment team, Scheduling Coordinator, HR and Supervisors
• Sell benefits and positions at NLS
• Complete and present new hire offer letters quickly and accurately.
• Build and maintain strong applicant pipelines.
• Participate in recruiting events, advertising, and social media campaigns with energy and enthusiasm.
• Provide rotating weekend coverage as part of our committed team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking skills to navigate complex recruitment scenarios.
• Recruitment experience is required
• Ability to create colorful and unique ads via Canva, social media etc.
