This entrepreneurial role offers full operational responsibility for your own desk and clients, making it the perfect opportunity for someone with a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting supporting a contracts desk.

• End-to-End Recruitment: Recruit, interview, evaluate, and place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract, contract-to-hire, or permanent basis.
• Creative Sourcing
  :
  Develop innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies to expand your talent pool and attract top candidates.
• Candidate Interviews
  :
  Conduct thorough phone and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and job requirements.
• Pipeline Building
  :
  Foster long‑term relationships with candidates to build and maintain a quality talent pipeline.
• Consistent Communication
  :
  Provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
• Quality Service: Call current contractor workforce and recently placed permanent candidates to maintain quality service and seek referrals.
• Account Management
  :
  Manage new and existing client accounts, including client visits, to ensure satisfaction and growth.
• Compliance
  :
  Ensure 100% compliance with quality standards, company processes, in‑country legislation (including Occupational Health & Safety), and client‑specific requirements.
• Business Development
  :
  Generate new business through leads and referrals from candidates and clients, and develop long‑term strategic client relationships through both telephone and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Balance Management: Maintain a balance of job orders and qualified candidates, managing multiple complex selling opportunities.

• Recruitment Experience
  : 3+ years of recruitment experience. Preferably within Power and Utilities but not necessary (agency required).
• Confident Personality: Outgoing and confident, with a proven track record in recruitment.
• Organizational Skills
  :
  Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize effectively.
• Ambition: Ambitious and driven to be successful, with a target‑oriented mindset.
• Multi‑Tasking: Demonstrated ability to multi‑task and manage multiple priorities.
