Shifts:
Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM (weekends and evenings as needed)
Pay Rate: $25.00-$27.00 per hour (final offer based on experience)

ResponsibilitiesA Senior Employment and HR Generalist is responsible for overseeing the Complex’s recruitment efforts as well as assisting the HR Team in the overall duties and administration of the Human Resources function. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Manages daily Recruitment activities to include, but not limited to, managing requisitions, liaising with Hiring Managers, maintaining the Job Openings list and Employment Log, coordinating new hire dates, ensuring all interview notes are saved, processing Team Member transfers and promotions, and that all new hires receive a welcoming and smooth transition into the Complex.
- Assist in the management of various team member relations programs, activities and initiatives to include, but not limited to holiday functions, health fairs, award banquets and special events.
- Assist in ensuring the HR data management system is maintained, to include, but not limited to, entry of team member data, recording employment transitions (i.e. hire, separation, etc.), and generating reports.
- Ensure compliance with affirmative action plan and equal employment opportunity guidelines and regulations.

We are looking for candidates with 2+ years in a Human Resources role within hospitality. Passion for hospitality is essential.
