Health Wiregrass Ranch Hospital – Wesley Chapel, FL

Orlando Health Wiregrass Ranch Hospital is a newer facility serving the rapidly expanding Wesley Chapel and Wiregrass Ranch area. As part of the Orlando Health network, the hospital combines modern facilities and technology with a strong emphasis on teamwork and patient experience. Summary

The Recruiter / Talent Advisor acts as a strategic partner with hiring leaders to develop and implement effective strategies for attracting, accessing, sourcing, and delivering a great experience for qualified applicants. This role collaborates closely with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and execute recruitment strategies that support business goals.

What You’ll Do
  • Consult with department clients to define short‑term staffing needs
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide ongoing updates throughout the recruitment process
  • Assess talent and ask thoughtful questions to uncover candidates’ skill sets and potential
  • Ensure a positive applicant and hiring manager experience, including timely follow‑up and interview status updates
  • Execute recruitment plans for assigned departments and key roles, consulting with senior recruiters or leadership on sourcing strategies as needed
  • Consider factors that may impact recruitment or retention, including compensation and labor market conditions
  • Attend career fairs and recruiting events regularly to build the Orlando Health brand and identify top talent
  • Work closely with state, federal, collegiate, and professional entities to surface qualified candidates
  • Represent Orlando Health’s brand, mission, and values with pride while preparing candidates for a successful interview experience
  • Maintain a strong understanding of departmental tools and recruitment processes
  • Ensure compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures
Additional Responsibilities
  • Track trends and developments in assigned areas
  • Participate in working groups, councils, and committees
  • Contribute to the development of departmental goals and objectives
  • Continually seek opportunities to improve the overall function of the department
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Maintain confidentiality of all Orlando Health information
  • Attend meetings, in‑services, and present information as requested
  • Take ownership of ongoing professional development and continued education
  • Support special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (1:1 ratio) in sales, customer service, account management, recruiting, and/or consulting
Experience
  • At least 1 year of progressively responsible experience in human resources, sales, or customer service, including a minimum of 6 months in sales or recruiting
  • 1+ year of sourcing experience on external platforms
  • 1+ year working in a metric‑driven environment
  • Demonstrated ability to be coached or mentored
  • Experience using talent acquisition, HR technology, and/or HR systems
