  • Benefits Administration – Support enrollment, life events, invoicing, 401(k) coordination, and employee benefit questions
  • Leave & Claims Management – Coordinate leave administration, workers’ compensation cases, unemployment claims, and required compliance documentation
  • Safety & Risk Support – Assist with safety reporting, documentation, and development of training initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
  • Policy & Regulatory Awareness – Monitor labor law updates and assist with reviewing and updating company policies and procedures
  • Investigations & Documentation – Support investigations and prepare documentation related to disciplinary actions or terminations in collaboration with leadership
  • Manager Partnership – Provide operational guidance, documentation support, and resources to managers navigating employee performance or workplace concerns
  • Engagement & Programs – Coordinate onboarding, orientation, training programs, benefits events, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Systems Administration – Act as a systems administrator for UKG and Workforce Management, troubleshooting issues and developing tools to enhance efficiency
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in HR, People Operations, or a related generalist/coordinator role.
  • Strong documentation skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills with a calm, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, compliance practices, and employee relations fundamentals.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (UKG preferred) and Workforce Management platforms.
  • A collaborative mindset with the confidence to support both employees and leaders.
Why Join ETP?
  • Innovative Industry – Support the teams that create world‑class entertainment experiences
  • Growth‑Focused Culture – Expand your HR expertise in a fast‑paced, team‑first environment
  • Comprehensive Benefits – Medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending account, and paid time off (12 days PTO + 8 holidays)
  • Supportive Team – Join a company that values its people and invests in their success
