A well-established, respected law firm in Downtown Orlando is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support its growing team. This position is based in Orlando and provides HR support across all firm offices.

We are looking for an HR professional with 2–5 years of law firm administrative experience (strongly preferred), or 3–5 years of HR experience within professional services or another corporate environment

What You’ll Do

As the HR Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive support to the HR Department across a variety of functions, including:

  • Posting job ads, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and conducting reference checks for non-attorney positions
  • Coordinating onboarding for new hires, including account setup and orientation logistics
  • Assisting with employee relations matters and escalating issues to the Head of HR when appropriate
  • Supporting benefits administration, including enrollments, updates, and employee communications
  • Assisting with annual staff performance review processes
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, incentives, and firm events
  • Serving as back-up for payroll processing
  • Performing other related HR and administrative duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–5 years of administrative experience within a law firm (strongly preferred)
  • OR 3–5 years of HR experience in professional services or another corporate setting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesli>
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus
