The Campus Recruiting Manager will lead the strategy, design, and execution of campus recruiting programs to attract, develop and convert talent (interns, co‑ops, recent graduates) within the Business Center. The role partners closely with Human Resources, business leaders, operations, and academic stakeholders to align early‑career pipelines with workforce plans and business goals, strengthening Turner’s position as an Employer of Choice.
Essential Duties &Key Responsibilities
- Develop, scale, and execute a comprehensive campus recruiting strategy aligned with short- and long‑term workforce needs and Business Center goals.
- Collaborate with HR, TA, Operations, and business leaders to forecast early‑career hiring needs and align recruiting plans accordingly.
- Design high‑quality intern, co‑op, graduate programs that deliver meaningful work, development opportunities, and strong conversion outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating program effectiveness, candidate experience, and market trends; recommend enhancements and best practices across Business Centers.
- Partner with HQ Talent Management to ensure standardization, operational alignment, and consistent reporting.
- Influence and engage Business Center leaders and employee ambassadors to actively support campus and early‑career initiatives.
- Build and maintain strategic, long‑term relationships with targeted universities, academic departments, career centers, student organizations, and professional associations.
- Maintain a tiered target school strategy aligned to yield, diversity objectives, and business demand.
- Plan and execute campus activities including career fairs, information sessions, classroom talks, capstone projects, sponsor ships, and national conferences (e.g., NSBE, SWE).
- Oversee candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, communications, and candidate sharing across Business Centers as appropriate.
- Ensure accurate data management and compliance within applicant tracking and recruiting systems.
- Develop and manage the annual campus recruiting budget, including events, travel, sponsor ships, job postings, and ambassador programs.
- Track commitments, actuals, invoicing, and reconciliation; communicate budget updates and impacts to leadership.
- Partner with Marketing to develop campus recruiting campaigns, digital content, and social media outreach aligned with Turner’s brand and value proposition.
- Deliver a high‑touch, inclusive, and professional candidate experience from first interaction through conversion and onboarding.
- Represent Turner at academic and professional events, advisory boards, and recruitment summits.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Psychology, or related field of study;
Master’s Degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, University Relations, or Campus/Early‑Career Program Development. - Experience working in construction or large, multisite organizations is a plus.
- Strategic mindset to define, develop, and scale Campus/Early Career programs and standardized processes across Business Center locations.
- Advanced project management skills to communicate, implement, and manage program expectations with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and local legislation impacting recruitment and hiring practices.
