Our client is seeking an HR Project Analyst to support HRIS initiatives, including system enhancements, data analysis, and process improvements. This role partners across HR, Technology, and Business stakeholders to ensure strong requirements documentation and successful delivery of HR platform initiatives.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Support HRIS initiatives, ideally within SAP / SAP Success Factors
- Perform data analysis and assist with system configuration updates
- Produce requirements documentation and process maps
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across HR, IT, and business teams
- Support UAT cycles and system validation
- Assist with HR data migration and legacy system clean-up
- Manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
- Experience working with HRIS platforms (SAP / SAP Success Factors preferred)
- Strong data analysis and system configuration knowledge
- Experience with requirements gathering and process mapping
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
