Benefits Manager

Acts as main contact point for managers regarding ongoing requirements definition, projects, and service delivery. Responsible for employee satisfaction with benefits offering and integration with system development team for Health and Welfare.
Duties and Responsibilities- Subject matter expert for benefits plans and options
- Ensure all plan documentation is easily accessible to the employee base
- Serve as primary resource to shared services personnel
- Manage ongoing annual enrollment
- Ability to define problems, collect data and facts to draw conclusions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work related experience
- Intermediate regulatory compliance knowledge
- Strong service background
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced environment
