Talent Acquisition Partner

LHH is partnering with one of our valued clients to identify their next Talent Acquisition Partner. This individual will play a key role in driving full‑cycle recruitment across professional, technical, and corporate functions while partnering closely with hiring leaders to attract top talent and support continued organizational growth.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies aligned with workforce needs
• Establish and sustain talent pools for high‑priority and business‑critical roles.
• Utilize proactive sourcing strategies across multiple platforms to identify and engage passive talent
• Track recruiting metrics and provide market insights to support hiring decisions and workforce planning
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts to enhance candidate engagement
• Collaborate with Human Resources and business leadership to continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience

Salary Range: $85,000-$105,000 base salary
