• Source, recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates for direct‑hire positions across multiple industries.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and guide them through the interview process.
• Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage multiple searches while prioritizing high‑impact opportunities.
• Consistently achieve recruiting, placement, and revenue goals.

• At least one year of recruiting experience within a staffing agency or executive search firm.
• Competitive, goal‑oriented mindset with motivation to earn performance‑based compensation.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Resilience and the ability to overcome rejection and setbacks.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Linked In Recruiter, Bullhorn, Indeed, or similar recruiting platforms preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Recruit across multiple industries, gaining exposure to a wide variety of businesses and hiring needs.
• Focus on direct‑hire recruiting where quality placements matter.
• Own the full recruiting process while partnering with dedicated Account Managers responsible for business development.
