Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 + Bonus
Location: Orlando, FL | Onsite
Must be based in or within commuting distance of the Greater Orlando area.

Key Responsibilities of the Human Resource Generalist- Maintain and administer the organization's HRIS, ensuring employee data accuracy and reporting integrity
- Support payroll processing and partner with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payroll administration
- Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, status changes, open enrollment, and employee communications
- Assist with full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation
- Generate HR reports, analyze workforce data, and support HR metrics and reporting
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and general employment questions
- Support employee engagement initiatives, HR projects, and process improvements
- Assist with annual performance review administration and other HR programs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a Generalist or HR Coordinator role
- Experience administering HRIS systems (UKG strongly preferred)
- Experience supporting payroll and employee benefits administration
- Experience with recruiting and onboarding processes
- Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills with the ability to generate and analyze HR data
- Experience working in a smaller or mid-sized organization where wearing multiple hats was required is highly preferred
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
