HR Generalist – Benefits & HRIS

Key Responsibilities for the HR Generalist – Benefits & HRIS:

• Manage employee benefits administration, vendor relationships, open enrollment, and leave programs

• Maintain and optimize the HRIS, including reporting, data management, and system enhancements

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts from requisition through onboarding and orientation

• Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics to support business decisions

• Support compensation, merit increase, and bonus administration processes

• Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications for the HR Generalist – Benefits & HRIS:

• Bachelor's degree required

• 3-5 years of Human Resources experience

• Strong employee benefits administration experience

• Experience with HRIS administration and reporting

• Background supporting full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
