HR Generalist – Benefits & HRIS
Salary: Competitive Compensation + Annual Bonus
ONSITE in Orlando
• Be the go-to HR resource for Benefits and HRIS, with strong visibility across the organization
• Expand your expertise across recruiting, onboarding, compliance, workforce reporting, and HR operations
• Partner directly with leadership on key HR initiatives and employee experience enhancements
• Gain exposure to compensation planning, merit increases, and bonus administration
• Work closely with benefit brokers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive positive outcomes

• Maintain and optimize the HRIS, including reporting, data management, and system enhancements
• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts from requisition through onboarding and orientation
• Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics to support business decisions
• Support compensation, merit increase, and bonus administration processes
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years of Human Resources experience
• Strong employee benefits administration experience
• Experience with HRIS administration and reporting
• Background supporting full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
