Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 + Annual Bonus
Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)

About the OpportunityOur client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join a well-established organization known for its collaborative culture and commitment to its employees. This is a well-rounded HR position that offers exposure across multiple areas of Human Resources, including HRIS administration, payroll support, employee benefits, recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.

- Maintain and administer the organization's HRIS, ensuring employee records remain accurate and up to date
- Support payroll processing by partnering with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payroll administration
- Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, qualifying life events, open enrollment, and employee communications
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment, onboarding activities, and new hire orientation
- Prepare HR reports, analyze workforce data, and support HR metrics and reporting initiatives
- Maintain employee files while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Serve as a resource for employees by answering questions related to HR policies, benefits, and employment practices
- Support employee engagement initiatives, HR projects, and continuous process improvement efforts
- Assist with annual performance review administration and other company HR programs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Three or more years of progressive Human Resources experience in a Generalist or HR Coordinator role
- Experience administering HRIS platforms, with UKG experience strongly preferred
- Background supporting payroll processing and employee benefits administration
- Experience managing recruiting and onboarding processes
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to generate reports and analyze HR data
- Experience working in a small or mid-sized organization where multiple HR functions were supported is highly preferred
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or another HR certification is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
