As a Recruiter
, you will play an integral role in supporting the growth of DRMP. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager at DRMP, you will be part of a team that is quickly identifying, assessing, and hiring key talent to enable the continued rapid expansion of the company.

Civil Engineering Industry
, critical thinking skills, a strategic talent management mindset, mastery in sourcing talent, the ability to manage the hiring process with diplomacy, and a strong desire to advance their careers. We are looking forward to meeting you!

Your Primary Responsibilities will include:
  • Responsible for setting and executing a full lifecycle recruiting strategy; including sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback and recommendations, managing the candidate experience, and ultimately onboarding great talent.
  • Partner with internal departments to assess recruitment needs;
    Foster good relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates/candidates.
  • Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
  • Partner and collaborate with other recruiters across the company to share talent and ensure team success.
  • Build recruitment strategies that support our values and commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; making sure we are a market leader in diverse thought, experience, and backgrounds.
  • Leverage recruiting resources including internal CRM/ATS, social media, Linked In, networking, and professional organizations to identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and close job offers.
  • Conduct and coordinate resume reviews, and schedules for interviews.
  • Manage and lead recruitment events such as career fairs, campus recruiting, industry conferences, etc.
  • Advocate for, advance, and shape culture across our family of companies by understanding and articulating our values, norms, passions, mission, vision, and unwavering commitment to being a “People First” company.
What you'll need:
  • 5+ years of Corporate Recruiting/Agency Recruiting experience;
    Preference is given to those with technical engineering experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience;
    Human Resources or related major preferred
  • Demonstrated experience providing full life cycle recruiting for a variety of professional, administrative, and field positions
  • Must be professional and possess a high level of confidentiality
  • Leadership capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with others and communicate effectively with all levels
  • Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong computer skills with experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook are a must
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Advanced knowledge of social media and internet recruiting
