Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Benefits Specialist to support employee benefits administration and retirement programs for a growing workforce. This individual will serve as a key resource for employees by providing guidance on benefit offerings, conducting new hire benefit presentations, and ensuring accurate enrollment and compliance processes.
- Conduct benefits orientations and presentations for new hires, explaining available health, welfare, and retirement plans
- Support employee benefit enrollment, changes, and ongoing questions with a strong customer service approach
- Perform audits and data reviews to ensure accuracy of benefits and employee records
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365, and VMS/HR systems to maintain records, generate reports, and track employee information
- Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and benefits administration procedures
This is a fully onsite position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the Orlando area.
Compensation:$27/hr to $29/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
