North Bank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in the heart of Downtown Jacksonville, Florida. - Quickly learn company's working structure, culture, policies and strategies.

- Organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing at all levels of the organization.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Articulate reasoning behind actions to Director and other management personnel.
- Provide a high level of customer service and drive customer service orientation to staff.
- Maintain strictest confidentiality.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organization.
Qualifications:
- 1 + Year Human Resources Experience REQUIRED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, discretion, and diplomacy.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Update records of new staff.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Compile, organize and maintain documents that tracks all benefits, renewal dates, contacts, and other relevant information.
- Ensure terminated employees are removed from CHRC timely.
- Filing in a timely manner
- Process payroll
- Proficient with the IPS payroll system
