• Sourcing:
  Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including community outreach, employee referrals, social media, retail networking groups, and online job boards to attract qualified store talent. Leverage recruiting tools and ATS (Workday) platforms to identify and engage candidates for both store leadership and hourly roles.
• Talent Pipelining:
  Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and other retail positions. Develop relationships with passive candidates and maintain ongoing engagement to support current and future hiring needs.
• Hiring & Closing:
  Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer preparation and negotiation, and onboarding support. Ensure a positive candidate experience and successful transition into the organization.
• Understanding the Business:
  Partner closely with field leadership teams to understand staffing needs, business objectives, workforce trends, and market-specific challenges. Apply business insights to enhance candidate evaluation and hiring decisions.
• Consultative Partnership:
  Act as a trusted talent advisor by providing market intelligence, workforce planning recommendations, and recruiting strategies to help leaders achieve hiring and retention goals.
• Relationship Building:
  Create and foster relationships with candidates, store leaders, community organizations, and workforce development partners to attract, engage, and hire a diverse, high performing retail workforce.
