Thisonsiteroleisresponsibleforattracting,sourcing,andhiringqualifiedconstructionprofessionalsandskilledtradespeopletosupportourgrowingoperationsthroughout

Central

Florida.

Theidealcandidatewillhaveaminimumof
five(5) yearsoffull-cyclerecruitingexperiencewithintheconstructionindustry
,includingrecruitingforskilledtrades,field operations,project management,andconstructionsupportfunctions.

Thisindividualwillbuildstrongrelationshipswithhiringmanagers,developcreativesourcingstrategies,andmaintainarobustpipelineoftopconstructiontalent.

• Managethefullrecruitmentlifecyclefromrequisitionintakethroughofferacceptanceandonboarding.
• Recruitforpositionsincludingbutnotlimitedto:
  • Project Managers
  • Assistant Project Managers
  • Superintendents
  • Estimators
  • Project Engineers
  • Safety Managers
  • Skilled Trades Professionals
  • General Laborers
• Partnerwithhiringmanagerstounderstandworkforceplanningneeds,projectstaffingrequirements,andhiringpriorities.
• Sourcecandidatesthroughjobboards,social media,trade schools,unions,employee referrals,community organizations,andindustrynetworkingevents.
• Buildandmaintaintalentpipelinesforhigh-volumeandhard-to-fillconstructionpositions.
• Conductcandidatescreeninginterviewsandcoordinatehiringmanagerinterviews.
• Manageoffernegotiationsandensureapositivecandidateexperiencethroughouttherecruitmentprocess.
• Attendjobfairs,tradeassociationevents,workforcedevelopmentprograms,andcommunityoutreachinitiatives.
• Developrelationshipswithlocalvocationalschools,technical colleges,apprenticeship programs,andindustryorganizations.
• Trackrecruitingmetricsincludingtime-to-fill,source effectiveness,candidate quality,andhiringmanagersatisfaction.
• Maintainapplicanttrackingsystem(ATS) recordsandensurecompliancewithemploymentlawsandcompanypolicies.
• SupportonboardingeffortsandcollaboratewithHRAndoperationsteamstoensuresuccessfulemployeeintegration.

• Bachelor'sdegreein
  
  Human
  
  Resources,Business Administration,orrelatedfieldpreferred;equivalentexperiencewillbeconsidered.
• Minimum
  5yearsoffull-cyclerecruitingexperience
  .
• Demonstratedexperiencerecruitingskilledtradesandconstructionprofessionals.
• Strongknowledgeofconstructionterminology,trade classifications,and project-basedstaffingrequirements.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) andrecruitingplatformssuchas
  
  Linked In Recruiter ,Indeed,Career Builder,and industry-specificrecruitingchannels.
• Provenabilitytomanagemultiplerequisitionsinafast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication,interviewing,negotiation,and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver'slicenseandabilitytotravellocallythroughoutthe

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
