Healthcare Recruiter

One of our healthcare clients in Central Florida is seeking a motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This is a primarily remote opportunity with occasional onsite requirements throughout the Orlando area.

The Healthcare Recruiter will support full-cycle recruiting efforts for clinical and allied health positions across the organization. This individual will partner with hiring managers, source qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and help drive a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through hire.

While this is not a sales role, we are seeking someone who is proactive, driven, and eager to grow their career in recruiting and talent acquisition.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and allied healthcare positions
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiple recruiting channels
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Attend hiring events, career fairs, university recruiting events, and other talent acquisition initiatives
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Bachelor's degree required
• 6+ months of experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and manage priorities independently
• Interest in building a long-term career within recruiting and talent acquisition
• Ability to attend occasional onsite events in the Orlando area (approximately 1-2 times per month)
