GLOTECH, Inc. is seeking an IT Manager to support the corporate office of United Parks & Resorts, located in Orlando, Florida. The core job of the IT Manager is to lead IT efforts to achieve business goals and objectives. The IT Manager reports to an IT Director of United Parks & Resorts and is responsible for ensuring daily execution of that IT Director’s portion of the strategic vision.

The position manages a multiple internal IT professionals and is responsible for their mentoring and professional development. The IT Manager is responsible for tracking monthly IT costs and service targets that pertain to their area of responsibility and tracking and reporting monthly performance to the business and IT senior management. The IT Manager is also a key liaison between a subset of SEA functional departments and the IT organization, leveraging strong influence and communication to develop and deliver on key value propositions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field
• 10+ years of experience in administering enterprise infrastructures in large enterprises
• Must have proven project management skills with ability to organize and prioritize multiple complex projects
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward project completion
• Demonstrated effective leadership and influence skills
• Demonstrated advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience managing vendor contracts and bidding process
• Demonstrated experience presenting to business stakeholders and senior IT management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experienced in the theme park or hospitality field
• Familiarity with Agile-Scrum concepts
• Experienced with the JIRA platform
• Experience with SQL Server for reporting and analytics
