This role is for one of our premium global clients in the Resorts & Vacation focusing on next-gen guest experiences and digital transformation initiatives.
Role Overview
As the Technical Delivery Partner, you will own end-to-end delivery and client engagement for the account, serving as the key liaison between Myridius and client leadership. You will drive large-scale transformation programs, ensure commercial and operational excellence, and help shape Myridius’ growth strategy within the hospitality and travel-tech sector.
This is a Director / Sr. Director level role for a strong delivery leader who thrives in client-facing, transformation-led environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall delivery and program governance for a portfolio of digital and technology transformation initiatives within the Resorts & Vacation vertical.
- Serve as the strategic partner to client executives — ensuring alignment of Myridius’ solutions with business outcomes, guest experience, and digital innovation goals.
- Oversee multiple cross-functional teams across Engineering, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Experience Design, and Enterprise Platforms (Salesforce, SAP, etc.).
- Drive operational excellence — SLAs, project governance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
- Manage P&L ownership for the account, ensuring growth, profitability, and account expansion.
- Collaborate with the Business Head and Sales Leadership to shape the account strategy, identify growth opportunities, and influence CXO-level decisions.
- Champion talent management, mentoring delivery leaders and building a strong bench aligned to client roadmap.
- Drive innovation and automation initiatives, integrating digital tools to enhance delivery agility and quality.
- Ensure high client satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) through proactive engagement, transparency, and accountability.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 15–20 years of experience in technology services delivery
- Previous experience as a Solution or Enterprise Architect
- Proven success in managing large-scale hospitality, travel, or consumer experience transformation programs
- Strong understanding of hospitality technology stacks, including property management systems, reservations, guest engagement platforms, and digital experience layers.
- Expertise in Agile, Dev Ops, Cloud, and Data-driven delivery frameworks.
- Excellent CXO-level stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Prior experience managing P&L ($20M+) and large, globally distributed delivery teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive growth in an account-led environment.
- Based in or open to relocating to Orlando, Florida.
