Do you want to play a pivotal role in launching and accelerating market growth for a category-defining traffic management platform? At Causeway, we’re looking for a commercially-minded, self-starting Marketing Manager to drive awareness, engagement, and demand in the US market. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead full-funnel campaigns, work closely with our sales teams, and help shape the voice of our product in a complex and high-potential public sector space.

Who Are We?

We are ranked as the UK’s #1 built-environment software player, and our mission is simple: to provide market-leading end-to-end software solutions that enable our customers to transform how the built environment we all share is constructed and maintained. If you are looking to build an exceptional career with an award-winning company, you’ve come to the right place.

Our transformational road management platform, Causeway one.network is the only provider that lets US road agencies and public works teams manage and coordinate the full lifecycle of road events on their network, reducing disruption and improving safety.

From lane closures to permit plans, from work zone awareness to Google Maps integrations, our mission is to digitize and democratize how roadworks are communicated, coordinated, and delivered.

We embrace diversity and equality and want our employees to feel comfortable bringing their whole selves to work. We are committed to building a team with a variety of backgrounds, skills, and views. Creating a culture of equality isn’t just the right thing to do, it improves every aspect of our business.

You’ll report into the VP of Marketing and collaborate closely with our UK-based central marketing team.

There is a degree of travel for this role and in these states and specific areas, you'll be near a concentration of clients and team members.
