• Deploy, manage, and maintain Azure resources including compute, storage, networking, and security components
• Implement cloud solutions using established standards, templates, and best practices
• Perform routine operational tasks such as patching, updates, configuration management, and environment maintenance
• Monitor cloud environments for performance, availability, and reliability, and respond to operational incidents
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and networking issues across multi-region deployments

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting and operating Microsoft Azure environments
• Proficiency with Azure services such as Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, and Azure Firewall
• Strong understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, and BGP
• Experience with Dev Ops tools like Azure Dev Ops, Git, and Jenkins

• Familiarity with multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP)
• Knowledge of Zero Trust security networking principles
• Experience with Fin Ops practices and cloud cost optimization
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and HIPAA
• Experience with Git Ops and progressive delivery strategies
