Overview
Are you a tech-savvy professional with expertise in Cisco Webex and call center operations? We’re looking for a Telecom Manager / Cisco Webex Administrator to manage and optimize our cloud-based Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center systems onsite in Orlando. This role is essential for ensuring seamless voice and contact center experiences for distributed teams while supporting integrations with platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft 365.

What You’ll Do- Manage and support Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center in a hosted/cloud environment
- Configure and maintain call flows, IVRs, auto attendants, and call queues
- Monitor system health, call quality, and escalate issues as needed
- Provision users, manage licenses, and maintain role-based access controls
- Troubleshoot call center workflows and routing logic
- Support integrations with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and other platforms
- Assist with migrations from Cisco Call Manager to Webex Calling
- Document procedures, provide end-user training, and stay up-to-date on Webex updates
- Support predictive dialers and outbound calling campaigns
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years supporting Cisco Webex in a hosted/cloud environment
- Strong understanding of call center operations and Webex Control Hub
- Expertise in VoIP protocols, network fundamentals, and troubleshooting
- Experience integrating Webex with Salesforce and API-based automation
- Familiarity with SSO, Active Directory, and identity management in cloud environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Cisco certifications (Webex Contact Center Specialist, CCNA/CCNP)
- Exposure to AI-powered call analytics, chatbots, or virtual agents
- Knowledge of Nice In Contact
- Work onsite in Orlando with cutting-edge collaboration and contact center technologies
- Collaborate with dynamic, cross-functional teams
- Competitive salary $120,000 – $140,000 per year plus potential bonus
