Overview
4 Corner Resources is seeking an Agent Support Specialist to support a high growth real estate brokerage partner. This role focuses on delivering a smooth, accurate, and supportive experience for real estate agents from their first day forward. The Agent Support Specialist plays a key role in helping agents feel prepared, confident, and supported as they begin and grow their business.
PositionLocation: Onsite in Lake Mary, FL
Contract: 3-6 months
Rate: $20-22/hr
Schedule: 9:00am-6:00pm EST
Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for newly affiliated agents.
Prepare, distribute, and process onboarding documentation, including Independent Contractor Agreement materials.
Review submitted documents for completeness and compliance, following up with agents to resolve missing or incorrect information.
Partner with broker and internal teams to support licensing requirements, MLS access, and affiliations.
Provide real time phone support to explain processes and resolve issues efficiently.
Troubleshoot basic technology and platform issues and coordinate with vendors or internal teams when needed.
Contribute to team goals related to onboarding speed, accuracy, and agent satisfaction.
One to two years of experience in customer support, onboarding, call center, concierge, or technical support.
Real estate administrative or brokerage operations experience preferred.
Strong task management skills with the ability to support multiple onboarding workflows at once.
High attention to detail with documentation review, data entry, and compliance tasks.
Clear, professional communication skills across phone, email, chat, and video.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross functional partners.
Comfortable managing high volumes while staying organized and composed.
Willing and able to learn new systems and troubleshoot unfamiliar tools quickly.
