We are seeking a Power Business Intelligence Analysts to work as an integral part of a collaborative team for a DoD customer. The role is based in Florida and allows for hybrid work
, with no travel required. This will typically involve designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI to transform data into actionable insights, often requiring skills in data modeling, SQL, and data visualization.

• Gather, clean, and prepare data from various sources.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within data sets.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Power BI solutions.

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Build and optimize data models for efficient reporting.
• Create compelling visualizations to communicate insights effectively.

• Proficiency in SQL or other database languages.
• Experience with data modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with data visualization principles and best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power BI.
• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in reporting processes.

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience with the duties listed above.

• BS or equivalent.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
