Application Support​/Data Analyst

We are looking for someone with a technical background to support technical‑operational and data analysis activities.

The candidate will work closely with both the business and IT departments, acting as a liaison between operational needs and technical implementation.

• Support the business in operational activities on key proprietary software
• Cross‑reference data from different sources to identify inconsistencies and errors
• Use Microsoft Excel for analysis, checks, and reporting
• Analyze and query relational databases (preferably SQL Server)
• Effectively communicate client needs to the IT department
• Support the IT infrastructure with configuration and problem‑solving activities

• Knowledge of key data access operations on SQL Server or other relational DB
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with data analysis, quality data, and KPI concepts
• Basic knowledge of C# (desirable but not required)

• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Critical approach to data analysis
• Attention to detail and ability to identify errors and anomalies
• Good communication skills, both with business users and tech teams

• Fluent English (both verbal and written)
• Basic knowledge of Italian is considered a plus
