Description of Work:The Project Controls, Scheduler, Metrics & CDRL Support role provides scheduling, performance tracking, and data-driven reporting support for the Navigation Training Systems Lab (NTSL). The individual develops and maintains the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), tracks mobilization and task order progress, produces program metrics, and supports Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) development and reporting. This position ensures schedule visibility, performance transparency, and accurate reporting to support Government oversight and decision-making.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Develop, maintain, and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in support of mobilization and task order execution
- Track schedule milestones, dependencies, and critical paths to ensure alignment with contract requirements
- Monitor mobilization progress and task execution status against planned schedules
- Identify schedule risks, impacts, and variances and coordinate with program leadership on mitigation actions
- Define, collect, analyze, and report program performance metrics related to schedule, staffing, and execution progress
- Track metrics over time to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making
- Support performance measurement activities to ensure visibility into mobilization and steady-state operations
- Prepare charts, dashboards, and summaries to support Government briefings and reviews
- Support development, preparation, and delivery of CDRLs in accordance with contract requirements
- Coordinate inputs from Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), subcontractors, and functional leads to support reporting accuracy
- Ensure reports and deliverables are complete, timely, and aligned with PWS requirements
- Maintain version control and documentation supporting submitted data and reports
- Support the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager by providing schedule status, metrics, and analytical support
- Participate in program meetings and IPTs to provide schedule and performance updates
- Assist in preparation of briefings, reports, and presentations for Government stakeholders
- Comply with all personnel security, background investigation, and credentialing requirements
- Adhere to Operations Security (OPSEC) requirements and safeguard Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
- Follow Government policies for access to DoD installations, systems, and sensitive environments
Experience:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting DoD or Federal programs in project controls, scheduling, metrics, or reporting roles
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education where permitted
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules and producing performance metrics
