A technology solutions company based in Orlando, FL, seeks a Technical Support Coordinator to lead daily service desk operations. Responsibilities include escalating complex support incidents, monitoring performance metrics, and training team members. Candidates should have at least 2 years of customer service or technical support experience and 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential.

This is an onsite role in Southwest Orlando with work hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
