• Assist in building, optimizing, and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Work closely with data analysts and scientists to provide clean, reliable datasets.
• Support integration of data from various sources into centralized data warehouses or lakes.
• Perform data validation and quality checks.
• Collaborate on database design, indexing, and optimization tasks.
• Monitor data flows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely delivery of data.
• Document technical processes, workflows, and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or similar role. Internship/project experience acceptable.

• Basic understanding of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, Postgre
  
  SQL, Mongo
  
  DB, etc.).
• Familiarity with data integration tools and ETL frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or Scala).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Language:
  Proficient in English.
• Math:
  Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical concepts.
• Reasoning:
  Strong analytical thinking with the ability to troubleshoot data-related issues.

• SQL proficiency required.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

• Not required, but certifications in AWS Data Engineering, Google Data Engineer, or similar are an advantage.

• Primarily office-based or remote, with occasional visits to the office or team meetings.
• Typical office environment with access to computing resources and collaborative tools.

• Data Security and Encryption:
  Ensure that sensitive data, especially personal and financial data, is encrypted and securely stored within systems.
• Access Control and Authorization:
  Implement role-based access controls and ensure that system permissions align with job functions.
• System Security:
