This role requires deep, direct Media & Entertainment industry experience
. Adjacent industry experience will not be considered.

• Own and expand large enterprise Media & Entertainment accounts
• Drive strategic digital and technology transformation programs
• Manage global delivery teams across consulting, engineering, and outsourcing engagements
• Lead commercial strategy including revenue growth, margin management, and P&L ownership
• Build and maintain executive-level (CXO) client relationships
• Develop long-term account growth strategies and expansion roadmaps

• 15+ years of experience managing enterprise Media & Entertainment accounts
• Direct client engagement within major M&E organizations such as:
  Disney, HBO, Warner Bros., Netflix, Apple TV+, Hotstar, Paramount, NBCUniversal, Sony Pictures, or similar
• Strong background in consulting and outsourcing engagements
• Proven CXO-level stakeholder management
• Demonstrated executive presence and commercial maturity
• Experience operating within or directly managing large M&E enterprise environments

• Must be local to Burbank, CA or Greater Orlando, FL
• Open to hybrid work model
• Available to join at the earliest
