Picture Yourself At Pega:
In this role you will be focused on helping turn the Marketing strategy into transformational execution capabilities by leveraging the latest technologies. This ranges from Pega internal Customer Decision Hub and GenAI capabilities, to leveraging external vendors as well. You will help drive engagement across the buyer’s journey and with clients and partners to support Pega’s business goals. You will drive measurable impact on Marketing, and for Pega overall!
You ll Do At Pega
- Become a subject matter expert in our Autonomous Marketing Platform, which drives marketing execution and operations, and Customer Decision Hub, an AI-powered decision engine to optimize customer engagement.
- Transform marketing into a best-in-class organization improving execution with the help of GenAI-driven agentic workflows, critical data integrations, and process optimization.
- Be a subject matter expert in process design to optimize AMP and CDH execution.
- Serve as a bridge between marketing, IT, and product management.
- Turn business requirements into technology solutions.
- Create and manage roadmaps, release enablement/communication, and future enhancements.
- Serve as a passionate leader who helps frame strategy within technology solutions.
- Confident and collaborative to challenge perspectives constructively and manage diverse, sometimes tough stakeholders.
- Eager to establish a strategic position to solving problems with technology and help others understand or reach a collaborative vision.
- Business and Tech-savvy with ability to bridge/translate between business and tech teams earning product team, IT, and business’ trust. Collaborative and able to drive alignment on real solutions, which drive significant business outcomes/impact.
- Able to think long term strategically, while breaking it down to ensure executed against key milestones to meet those goals.
- Have a flexible mindset, able to zoom-in to not lose attention to detail and zoom-out to not lose sight of the big picture.
- Willing to get your hands dirty and support whenever needed but also respectful of clear roles and responsibilities.
- 5–7+ years in Technical Mar Tech, Marketing Operations Engineering, Rev Ops Engineering, or related roles.
- Have a strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models and Marketing execution.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Developed an optimized Mart Tech strategy aligned to marketing goals which encompassed people, process, and technology.
- Turned strategy into technical requirements and scalable production capabilities driving measurable impact against those goals.
- Have managed end to end programs/projects including communications, enablement, and adoption. This includes executive, business, and technology audiences.
- Lead long-term, cross-functional change management while ensuring key milestones were executed to realize the vision on time and at high quality.
- Debugged issues to root cause level, willing to roll up sleeves and be hands on.
- 4-year college degree (BS or BA)

Base salary range for this role is 98, USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate s education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
