Junior Software Engineer

Own and resolve complex platform issues as the final escalation point before Engineering. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success, improve workflows, and drive issues to closure.

• Resolve high-severity technical cases and perform code-level analysis.
• Act as final support escalation and ensure case quality.
• Deliver product training and identify documentation or product gaps.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Success teams.
• Support administrators and developers with clear technical guidance.

• Strong troubleshooting skills with full web stack understanding.
• Solid understanding of SaaS platforms and integrations.
• Foundational knowledge of Generative AI concepts and tools.
• Excellent communication, research, and time management skills.
• Proven ownership and ability to drive issues to resolution independently.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens or Green Card holders.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $35/hr. on W2
