A high-tech manufacturing organization is seeking a hands-on ERP Business Functional Analyst to lead and optimize our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment.

This role serves as the D365 F&O subject matter expert, supporting production and supply chain operations while driving system improvements, data integrity, and process efficiency.

• Own and support D365 F&O across Production, Procurement, MRP, and Capacity Planning
• Maintain BOMs, routings, shop floor controls, and inventory accuracy
• Execute and optimize MRP, supply/demand planning, and capacity planning
• Configure workflows, analyze logs, and develop reports
• Ensure ERP configurations align correctly with subledger and GL impact
• Manage environments using Lifecycle Services (LCS)
• Support integrations with MES, CRM, PDM, and other systems
• Partner with business leaders to translate operational needs into scalable ERP solutions
• Lead enhancements, testing cycles, release management, and post-implementation reviews
• Train and support end users

• 3–5+ years of progressive D365 F&O experience
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing operations within ERP
• Strong understanding of financial impacts of ERP configurations
• Experience with BI/analytics tools
• Experience designing third-party integrations (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a self-driven, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to own projects and deliver on time with high quality
