Position: ARISE Analytics Applications E&T Associate Manager / Orlando, FL

Description

Arise is seeking an E&T Manager to manage the support of efforts across the Arise Analytics Applications Teams. These are multidisciplinary teams that include full stack engineers, software engineers, and Dev Sec Ops  engineers scoped with developing solutions to solve the most challenging automated data analysis and machine learning problems.

The selected candidate will also serve as E&T Manager for Orlando software engineers supporting the ARISE Analytics team. As an Engineering & Technology (E&T) Manager, the candidate is responsible for providing technical coaching and mentoring, work assignments, employee career development, continuous ongoing feedback, and being their employees advocate in opportunity discussions.

The selected candidate will report to the Arise Analytics Product Manager and support the development and maturation of Advanced Analytics Products and Capabilities. Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Leadership of individual contributors supporting the development of advanced analytics solutions on Arise.
  • Program deployment plan development and execution enabling Arise Analytics deployment at differing security levels and HPC availability.
  • Architecture design and development of python software products supporting Arise Analytics capabilities.
  • Operating as a stakeholder primarily for Arise Analytics and all other Arise work products (HWIL, Mission Software, Modeling and Simulation, MBSE).

Basic Qualifications
  • Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
  • Proficiency in python and web development tech stacks.
  • Demonstrated experience with Dev Sec Ops .
  • Must have the ability to lay out technical roadmaps and communicate those plans and solutions to both highly technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Strong problem solving mindset with the ability to create solutions to difficult problems often requiring integration of conflicting and, at times, ambiguous or incomplete data on a rapid schedule.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
