Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Project Manager in Orlando, FL. Overview:
Reporting to the Director, Global Sales Programs, the Project Manager will support the execution and delivery of the firm's sales programs. This role is responsible for translating program strategy into actionable plans, timelines, milestones, and follow through across multiple cross functional teams. The Project Manager will operate as a delivery partner, driving structure, accountability, and momentum in a fast paced and often ambiguous environment.

The role requires strong analytical skills, comfort influencing stakeholders, and the ability to surface risks, challenge assumptions, and recommend next steps while escalating appropriately. This role is strictly internal and is not customer facing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own project planning, sequencing, milestones, and dependency tracking for assigned Sales programs
  • Build, maintain, and enforce project structure and hygiene within , including timelines, owners, status, and follow ups
  • Drive cross functional execution by coordinating with Commercial, Operations, IT, Pricing, Marketing, Legal, Training, and other internal teams
  • Participate in and support project meetings by capturing clear notes, decisions, risks, and action items, and ensuring timely follow through
  • Pressure test timelines, assumptions, and delivery plans, escalating risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs as appropriate
  • Prepare concise, executive ready weekly status updates for the Director, Global Sales Programs
  • Identify gaps, blockers, and execution risks and proactively recommend next steps or seek guidance when required
  • Other duties may be assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross functional projects or programs in a fast paced, matrixed environment
  • Experience working with remote teams and distributed stakeholders
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross functional projects or programs within a matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and push stakeholders while maintaining trust, alignment, and strong working relationships
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to use data, timelines, and dependencies to drive accountability and informed decision making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to synthesize information for executive level audiences
  • Comfortable operating under pressure and navigating ambiguity with structure, discipline, and sound judgment
  • Strong meeting facilitation, documentation, and follow up capabilities to ensure clarity and execution
  • Hands on experience with  or comparable project management platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, tracking, and executive ready reporting
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, including planning, sequencing, dependency mapping, and risk identification
  • Ability to translate strategic direction into structured execution plans and measurable milestones
  • High level of organizational discipline with strong prioritization and task management capabilities
  • Experience supporting commercial, operational, or enterprise-wide initiatives preferred
  • Experience working within large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
