In this role, you will own the product strategy and long‑term roadmap for Javelin, with a focus on platform integrity and emerging hardware platforms capabilities, partnering with engineering, platform, data, operations, and game teams to balance security effectiveness, compatibility, and player experience across diverse hardware environments.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Product Management within the EA Security PMO and work cross‑functionally across EA Security, game studios, and external partners to deliver high‑impact platform security initiatives.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision and roadmap for anti‑cheat platform integrity, effectiveness, and stability across EA’s PC and emerging hardware platforms.

Serve as the lead product manager for Javelin, accountable for feature prioritization decisions, studio alignment, and long‑term evolution of the anti‑cheat solution.

Identify and prioritize product risks and dependencies related to operating systems, drivers, platform policies, and third‑party integrations to inform roadmap decisions and sequencing.

Define success metrics and guide innovation, balancing anti‑cheat effectiveness with player trust, performance, and accessibility.

Proven ability to define product strategy, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in live or continuously evolving environments.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business and player outcomes.

Bonus Skills
