Base Salary Range$120,000 - $170,000.
About the RoleYou will own the full cycle across Crossmint's fintech vertical, from sourcing and outbound through close and expansion. The edge you bring is the ability to walk into a room with a Head of Product, a compliance officer, or a CTO and earn their trust in the first thirty minutes because you actually understand what they are building and what it will take to make it work.
AboutYou
- 5+ years of experience across GTM, consulting, operations, or technical roles, with meaningful time spent in fintech, payments, or crypto infrastructure.
- You may have started in consulting, product, engineering, or ops before moving into sales or BD. That non-linear path is a genuine advantage here.
- Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals in regulated or technical environments.
- Deep understanding of stable coins, payment rails, wallets, and compliance constraints. Not surface-level familiarity: the kind that lets you push back on a prospect's architecture assumptions and be right.
- Existing network across fintech founders, operators, or decision-makers is a strong plus.
- You follow the ecosystem closely and can identify opportunities before they surface in inbound.
- You run discovery like a consultant: structured, hypothesis-driven, and focused on understanding the real problem before proposing anything.
- Comfortable engaging engineers, product leads, and compliance teams in their own language.
- Able to dive into APIs, integration architecture, and technical tradeoffs to move deals forward, not just elevate to a solutions engineer.
- Self-directed and outcome-oriented. You do not need process handed to you.
- Uses modern tooling and AI to scale research, outbound, follow-ups, and deal execution without sacrificing quality.
- Trusted cross-functional partner to product, engineering, marketing, and leadership.
