How You’ll Make an ImpactAs an Enablement Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day execution of Cloudbeds’ enablement programs. This role is focused on operational excellence and execution, ensuring our Sales teams have the resources, training, and support they need to succeed.
You will work closely with our Enablement Lead to manage training programs, maintain enablement systems, support onboarding, and ensure that enablement resources are accurate, accessible, and continuously improved. Your work will directly impact how quickly new hires ramp, how effectively our teams adopt tools and processes, and how well our global revenue teams stay aligned.
Our Enablement TeamWe partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver training, resources, and systems that support every stage of the customer journey. We value structure, clarity, and continuous improvement, and thrive on creating order, supporting others, and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes.
What You Bring to the Team- Support inbound Sales questions and manage internal support channels to ensure timely responses.
- Manage Salesforce case queues and support internal request workflows.
- Maintain and organize knowledge systems (Guru and other tools), ensuring content is accurate and up to date.
- Create and manage enablement resources such as Salesloft playlists, internal guides, and training materials.
- Support onboarding programs, including kickoff coordination, learning path management, and survey tracking.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of product, partner, and process training programs.
- Manage access and administration across enablement tools (Cloudbeds University, Articulate, Slack groups, Gmail groups, etc.).
- Experience in Sales Enablement, Operations, Customer Support, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills in English and the ability to support cross‑functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on keeping systems organized and running smoothly.
- Experience supporting onboarding or training programs.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesloft, Guru, AI Tools, or LMS platforms.
- Experience working in SaaS or a high‑growth environment.
- Bilingual.
