Agile Coach​/Scrum Master

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking an Agile Coach / Scrum Master to support a 3-month engagement in Orlando, FL. This individual will work closely with cross‑functional teams to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure teams are following Scrum best practices while delivering value through the Service Now platform.

The Scrum Master will guide teams through the Service Now SDLC, partner with stakeholders to improve delivery processes, and help drive continuous improvement across Agile practices. This role requires a hands‑on servant leader who is comfortable coaching teams, collaborating with technical and business partners, and working onsite four days per week.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of Scrum Master experience, specifically within Service Now environments, and is eager to contribute immediately in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting. Experience as a Product Owner and a CSPO certification are highly desirable.

Skills and Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience supporting teams using Service Now
• Strong knowledge of Service Now SDLC
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience in an enterprise environment - Background as a Product Owner
• CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification
