Software Resources has an immediate, long term contract job opportunity for an Agile Specialist with a major corporation in Orlando, FL. On-site Monday - Thursday, Fridays remote.
DescriptionThe Workforce Technology team within Enterprise Technology leads the planning, implementation, and sustainment of technologies supporting seamless and unique workforce experiences.
What You Will Do- Develop and maintain Agile processes, principles, and practices across supported teams.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of Agile capabilities and provide input for continuous improvement.
- Lead agile events with product teams including but not limited to daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint ceremonies, etc.
- Support the Product Manager in terms of prioritizing product roadmap initiatives relative to business needs.
- Support the Product Owner with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
- Drive consistent metric tracking and dashboard visualization for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Articulate team risk areas and key accomplishments regularly.
- Engage with stakeholders, partners, and customers to review Agile practices adoption.
- Provide hands‑on support and facilitate understanding of Agile practices across cross‑functional teams.
- Participate in Product Delivery for assigned applications.
- Strong experience facilitating Scrum processes and events (minimum 5 years).
- Proven experience in various agile methodologies.
- Experience delivering and supporting SaaS applications.
- Facilitating getting the work done across self‑governing resources.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Attention to detail and Agile coaching expertise.
- Experience with Human Resource SaaS suites (preferred Workday).
- Experience using Service Now agile capabilities.
- Experience using Airtable application.
- Experience using qTest or other testing management tool.
- Strong experience working on Teams or other collaborative groups.
- Relevant certifications in Agile methodologies, project management or cloud technologies is a plus.
- Passionate about Agile practices.
- Motivation to thrive in a highly collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
- PMP certification preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
