Position: Classified Cyber Security Staff/ISSO Lead/Orlando

Description

The Workforce Programs Lead will guide programs that build and enable the future workforce.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day‑to‑day information system security operations, assisting the ISSM on all technical security matters.
  • Carry out technical administration of information systems in accordance with Lockheed Martin and customer security requirements, primarily the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Participate in auditing and continuous monitoring of the information system.
  • Review and oversee RMF package authorizations.
  • Maintain, monitor, analyze, and respond to security events.
  • Document compliance actions within the approved automated compliance tracking system or develop POA&Ms.
  • Ensure systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in line with internal security policies.
  • Ensure configuration management for security‑relevant software, hardware, firmware, and documentation.
  • Maintain all information system lifecycle management documentation.
  • Evaluate proposed changes or additions to the information system and advise the ISSM of their security relevance.
  • Assist and conduct security education and training.
  • Participate in internal and external security audits and inspections; perform risk assessments.
  • Assist in investigations of computer security violations and incidents.
  • Implement proper protection and corrective measures when an incident or vulnerability is discovered.
  • Enforce Information Security Policies and Procedures together with ISSM and CPSO.
Basic Qualifications
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (Interim Secret required at the start).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related discipline from an accredited college with related professional experience, or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity.
  • DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level III baseline certification (CCNA‑Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP).
  • Hands‑on technical experience with industry‑standard Information Assurance tools (Splunk, Nessus/Tenable/ACAS, STIGViewer/SCAP Compliance Checker/eSTIG, McAfee ePO, McAfee DLP).
  • Experience with developing, reviewing, and maintaining RMF artifacts.
Desired Skills
  • Previous experience supporting classified information systems.
  • Currently working in an environment supporting IC customers.
  • Experience implementing new and complex technologies at multiple classification levels within large environments and at an enterprise level.
  • Knowledge of system accreditation requirements and NIST 800‑53 (DAAG/JSIG) RMF implementation.
  • Experience implementing/validating STIG application, system hardening, analysis, and vulnerability management.
  • Knowledge of other security disciplines and their interaction with information system security.
  • Demonstrated technical experience in Windows and Linux operating systems and command line use.
  • Experience with classified information system auditing and investigations.
  • Experience with scripting languages.
  • Ability to perform technical assessments for systems presented to the government for authorization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic, demanding environments.
