What

You’ll Do
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify high‑impact opportunities for data‑driven innovation and business transformation.
  • Extract, analyze, and interpret complex data from enterprise databases to optimize product development, marketing effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
  • Champion data science initiatives by identifying emerging opportunities and presenting compelling insights to executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with the Reporting & Analytics team to enhance measurement capabilities through advanced statistical modeling and analysis.
  • Design and deploy sophisticated data models and algorithms tailored to business challenges.
  • Leverage predictive analytics to enhance customer engagement, maximize revenue potential, refine targeting strategies, and improve key business metrics.
  • Establish robust monitoring systems to track model performance, ensure data integrity, and maintain analytical excellence.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
What We’re Looking For Required Skills & Experience
  • Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on product innovation and business impact.
  • Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar tools for data manipulation and exploratory analysis.
  • Hands‑on experience with relational and non‑relational database systems.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning methodologies including clustering algorithms, decision trees, neural networks, and ensemble methods.
  • Advanced expertise in statistical analysis, including regression modeling, probability distributions, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—to translate complex findings for diverse audiences and lead cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Intellectual curiosity and commitment to staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  • Travel capability:
    Up to 10% domestic and/or international travel as needed.
Education & Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in data science, statistical modeling, or related analytical roles.
  • Demonstrated track record building, deploying, and optimizing statistical models in production environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data engineering practices.
  • Published research or contributions to open‑source data science projects.
  • Experience in mentoring or leading analytics teams.
