The Kind of Work You'll be Doing:
- Analyze and respond to donor requests, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to internal company policy, procedures, and IRS regulations.
- Investigate processing errors and communicate with key stakeholders such as U.S. Tech processing teams to suggest improvements to prevent recurrence.
- Generate quality control reports to provide detailed feedback on trends, errors, and processed work to leadership.
- Research and resolve discrepancies with transactions and documentation. Contact donors to correct issues to complete transactions.
- Reconcile transactions to ensure accurate internal data for effective usage by Fund Development.
- Refund donations based upon strict business and legal rules.
- Ensure data accuracy by researching data in coordination with internal software and donor systems to address discrepancies promptly.
- Analyze complex donor requests related to account issues, designations, adjustments, and access, and provide timely responses.
- Communicate with external partners to resolve processing errors and ensure accurate transaction files.
- Maintain filing systems to supply auditors with necessary records, including information related to tax deductibility.
- Maintain statistical reports on donation processing, tracking trends, errors, and adjustments for accurate record-keeping.
