Clients want someone hands on so that in the next phase of the project they can extend to do the actual development work
- Analyze the client's current BI environment, including SAS-based reporting.
- Review and disposition existing SAS reports.
- Design and deliver a proof of concept (POC) for converting SAS reports into Power BI.
- Provide hands-on development in Power BI to build scalable, user-friendly dashboards and reports.
- Advise on rationalizing and streamlining the client's BI ecosystem, ensuring performance, usability, and governance.
- 8-10 years of experience in business intelligence and data visualization.
- 5+ years of experience with BI architecture and reporting modernization projects.
- Strong ability to read and interpret SAS code.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing with Power BI.
- Proven track record of assessing, streamlining, and modernizing BI/reporting environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
